I chose these based on the positive reviews and they definitely met them. I use these exclusively for duck and goose hunting in NE Colorado. I normally wear a size 9 shoe however I went with the 8 in these waders; plenty of room with heavy socks and wader pants. Chest area was snug but I'm built like Barney Rubble (5'5" - 210lbs).My main hunt partner wears a brand that rhymes with a common yard tool and about twice the price but the Tidewe waders had all the features his have.My last hunt in these waders was 14 degrees, snow and wind. Snug as a bug in a rug. My hands were another story. Highly recommend for the cost and features. I only had four hunts in these this season but they went through some heavy stuff, after miles of walking public land river bottoms and heavy brush they still look new minus the mud.

Most comfortable waders I’ve had to date. I have had the academy brand breathable, and the drake breathable waders and these top them completely. Will definitely buy again when I need a replacement

They’re very soft and comfortable. I could wear them all day. Also, pretty warm, and I like the felted hand warmer pockets. The quilting on the inside is great, but I could see how patching holes may be difficult. The traction is good, definitely don’t slip on muck. I’m 5’9” and got a size 10, they’re slightly big on me, but very manageable. The reinforced legs fill up with water, and take a bit to drain. If hopping in a boat after being in the water, you’ll take water with you or you have to hang on the side and drain your legs out before hopping in. Material seems decent quality, definitely good for the money.

Just got them yesterday tried them on! They are so comfortable and much lighter than neoprene! Hopefully they stand up to the test of time and buckbrush!

First pair I ordered were a size 10 didn’t fit like the sizing chart anticipated. Had to return and go a size up to a 11. Received those and thought they were still a little tight but I couldn’t go up to a 12 the boot would have been much too big. So I took out my new size 11s and first run seemed okay but my feet were cold as heck. When I got them out of the waders I noticed they were a wet as well as my ankle on my long John’s were wet. So I returned those for a replacement pair of 11s, get my now 3rd pair. These seemed to be okay for a bit. Couple times my feet got quite cold but couldn’t tell if they were wet. Well this past weekend solidified that they certainly had a leak yet again at the boot/pant seam. Both feet this time were soaked and my ankles quite wet this time on my long John’s. If Tideway gave a stout size and figured out their quality issue on the leak on the boot seam these would be a great product!The only other issue with these waders (wasn’t a killer for me) is how much dang water the seam protectors took in; causing them to get so heavy which made it difficult to move in. I would suggest bigger elongated grommets at the bottom for expedited drainage and or not having an elastic ankle as tight.

Has a lot of pockets, comes with a waterproof bag for your phone. Looking forward to hunting with them

So far so good with these waders!Excellent for the money. Super warm and comfortable. They DO fit a bit snug.If you like to layer up heavy underneath your waders, than go up a size

I was skeptical with different reviews but haven worn them in frigid April waters...I gotta say. Worth every penny. It's well build and sturdy. Feels like I'm wearing waterproof snow pants.

I have been looking for chest waders for hunting, I’ve had the thin plastic ones and the neoprene ones before so I thought I would give these a try. And I am very pleased. The boots are comfortable and they are easier to get in and out of then the neoprene ones. The amount of insulation it has makes them super warm and the reenforced seat and knees will be invaluable as that is where I had holes in my old neoprene ones. They feel like they are going to last a long time and I’m very glad I purchased these over the neoprene style chest waders.
