Mango Kuchela is the essence of Trini Flavour, a specialty of Trinidad & Tobago made from air-dried green mango, hot red moruga peppers, mustard oil, vinegar, salt, and a blend of spices (also known as Amchar Masala). The hot relish is served with just about anything from rice to curry. It is standard fare on many Trini dishes and their famous street food "Doubles". You can use this with so many of your dishes from breakfast eggs, to sandwiches, stews and just about anything that needs a condiment.
