Daiichi D 85 Z 0 Circle Chunk Wide H

Bought these for catfishing. To be honest I was underwhelmed by the points. Not very sharp at all. Picture shows the daiichi 7/0 on the left (red), "team catfish" 8/0 on the right (dark gunmetal), and "Eagle Claw" 5/0 circle sea hook top/middle (silver). Both the eagle claw and the team catfish hooks have been fished previously and have hooked/brought fish in, so they should be slightly duller than brand new. The daiichi is fresh out the package with no use and you can see in the pic it seems fatter towards the end with less taper to the point. It's not very sticky dragging across my finger tip compared to the other 2. I'm going to keep them and see how they perform but it's not very confidence inspiring. I have zero loyalty to any hook brand, and these will more than likely catch fish just fine. the design geometry looks good and promising and the red looks cool and may attract predatory fish... I may update if there is any performance enhancement or decrease in real life use
