I love that quiet of the box... I understand that space is necessary but it's still a little too big. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Be aware that this product does not include any cameras.

I had another LNR model that i'm replacing. When navigating the menu system in this model the right click on the mouse does nothing and you'll be stuck on whatever screen you're on. On my broken LNR model the right click on the mouse click closes the window and brings you back to the previous window. I did updates through the box's update tool but still no right click which leaves this box useless. I see you can manage it through the phone, but i want to manage locally like my other lorex system. Looks like i may have gotten a defective downgrade.

Ordered the N882a63b and received an N862A6B-Z. The seller slapped a new sticker on the outside of the box with the N882 label and specs listed, right over the previous label for the N862... This must be an older model or maybe one that's included with camera's typically as I couldn't find information on it easily and it has a 2TB drive vs the larger drives they come with now. Pretty disappointed with the waste of time and that the seller thought it was okay to try and relabel it as a better product than it is. The front of the unit had quite a few scratches on the plastic as well so I'm not sure if it was new or used.

The video freezes sometimes on the 4k PTZ lorex cameras when viewing remotly from iphone or PC... Tech support said they were aware of the issue and can't do anything about it. Told me to return the unit.. Very poor support.

The media could not be loaded.  Never buy again an lorex product again on Amazon. They are used and defective items

I purchased the16 Channel HD NVR 4K Security 3TB4K NVR and 4x New Lorex 4K IP Camera LNB9272 Motorized Varifocal Zoom Audio cameras. The picture quality is not nearly as good as they advertise. You won't be able to read license plates from more than 30 feet away, the NVR continuously locks up when you try to replay video and good luck trying to use the mouse and navigate. Also won't work with the "Lorex Home" app. Our "Ring" cameras have a equal-too quality video at a 1/5 of the price and 100X better user friendly app.

I did my research before I purchased this DVR, as I needed one to use with my Lorex 4K 30fps cameras. This does what it says it does, and was fairly easy to setup. I'm a little disappointed that the framerate drops to 20fps if you enable the Smart Motion Detection, but regular motion detection works at 30fps. Just make sure you order from OnPoint Surveillance, as they are the only authorized dealers of Lorex products on Amazon, and warranty may not be honored from other sellers. Product arrived in a new box from OnPoint Surveillance.
