Received in perfect condition. Set up took under a minute. Bought for a Japanese style playdate with floor cushions. The kids loved it. Very sturdy. Messes were easy to clean up without damage to the table. Versatile and adjustable. I cannot imagine anyone who could not find good use for this piece.

3 best things about this:Quality-- it's well constructed, very attractive, like a real piece of furniture. Should last a long time. No assembly; just adjust the leg length. It's bamboo, but looks kind of like knotty pine or something. Can be used as an end table or coffee table.Size and versatility-- you can adjust the leg length, short if you're going to use it in bed, longer for the floor. I adjusted the legs to maximum height,and it works great for me two ways. I can use it as a little coffee table if I sit on the couch, or if I'm sitting on the floor I can easily get my legs under it in either cross -legged or straight position. The large surface, uncluttered by any stupid mousepads or tablet slots, can be used for laptop, mouse, phone, whatever. You can put a large laptop on it with a mouse if you want. I eat off it, work with a laptop, watch Netflix with an Ipad on a stand (sitting back a couple feet or on the couch), put my phone on a stand and use a Bluetooth keyboard for texting. All of this either on the couch or the floor.If you were to adjust the legs to a short length and use it in bed, I don't know. It's pretty big, and sort of heavy for that. You might find the extra space luxurious and love it, or it might be just too big.

UPDATE 9/3/2021: The legs have loosened to the point where it's not that stable if you're sitting on the sofa or in bed. The holes are only slightly larger, and if you don't have the proper way to tightened and / or re-fasten them, it begins to have limitations. This is disheartening. I haven't used it in several months. Other than the issue I mentioned, I still think it's a great piece to have. It IS repairable and it will be fine.**********************I cannot begin to tell you how much I love this table. It's incredibly well built and sturdy, not to mention that it's the perfect height to read, write, and use my laptop with. The bamboo is gorgeous. This table can be used in any decor and fit right in. The surface is HUGE. You can easily use this table for studying with a book and notebook on it. This is also great for kids who like to sit on the floor and color. I had been searching for months for a lapdesk with a flat surface and this is the only one that I found. I've recommended it to everyone I know. Don't be fooled and search by price. This is one of the more expensive tables, but it's worth every single penny. The others are not nearly as nice.

I needed a sturdy wood and roomy laptop table for my gaming laptop pc and mouse to rest on when in bed. I was not looking for a table to alternate as a food table. It had to be made of wood, a must for my own personal preference, as my laptop generates a lot of heat. Although wood is a conductive, it is low but it does provide some protection against heat and static. I use an external cooling unit with my laptop so resting it on my legs in bed is a no-no. I buy with a main purpose in mind and this table fits my objective and purpose for buying it, It is very sturdy and well made it has a decent surface area and the wood and finish is beautiful I must say, very smooth for using your mouse with or without a pad. The weight of the table is heavier than it looks. I think it adds to its sturdiness. The height at it's lowest setting is a tad bit higher than I prefer, but that could be a good thing for someone who has a long torso, however neither was a deal breaker for me. I love the table and I am satisfied with the purchase of it.

It’s a really sturdy table that I use in bed and on the couch I use it long ways for that because the tables so big my husband couldn’t really lay on our queen bed with it. So I turned it sideways and it works just as well. You also have to do the same thing for the couch if your laying down but it’s still really good. However the thing was so high that my husband cut the legs off about an inch and a half to make it suitable to use because my arms were at shoulder height when I used it. But of course I’m a sloucher so I like to be comefortable when I’m using it. The table design is meant for you to sit up straight so I use a back pellow designed for that and it’s super comfy. All in all I still give it a 5 star rating because the table isn’t flimsy by any means and I have thousands of projects going at once. I make hand made journals out of leather and knit and crochet. Plus run YouTube channels so this desk can do it all. The only thing I recomend when doing leather or painting projects with the table that you have a piece of scrap wood so you don’t mess up the nice finish because it’s tragic when that happens. Plus my husband and I are going to be able to use it for our belegarth and sca trips for midevil renactment. Because it’s small enough and the table legs adjust. So all in all amazing product and I would deffinitly buy it again.

I was looking for something that looks elegant, sturdy, little taller, easy to use - and this fits all of them very well.my primary use is for laptop. I had bought one other brand - that was only about 9.5 inch tall - which is not enough when u sit on floor and was not at all sturdy - if you move your latop it would just tople. In this, since the height is adjustable, I love it - you can adjust the height so that the laptop is to your eye level and since the table is wider, it just helps to place the laptop confortably and may be a book or something on the table.Overall I just love it.

10/10 just to let future buyers know, this table is only used for picnic plannings etc, other than that it is really good!!! I loved how my package arrived quickly and in really good condition! #AUG29birthday! 🩵
