You better make sure it is compatible with the machine or instrument you bought it for. We bought two receipt printers, we took one out of the box to try on an instrument. It did not work, it was not compatible. We returned both printers with all the components it was sent with. They charged us a $266 restocking fee...that was the price of the printer. It did say you may only get a partial refund if it is used. Well this was only tried out and it did not work, it was not "use" at all. And a partial refund is not the entire cost of the printer. So essentially they will sell that printer again and make double the money. Disgusting. They should not have accepted the return if they were not planning to refund the money. I plan to get that printer back, they will not make more money off this.
