On the plus side, I was impressed at first glance, the tea was vacuum sealed and required less packaging and space to ship. The packaging was attractive, thoughtful and professional looking. The company has gone out of its way to promote being enviro-friendly.On the downside:1. My boxes were "best used by September 2022." I received them on January 5, 2023. As it's vacuum sealed I'm pretty sure it's perfectly safe, but as an expensive, high end tea, this shouldn't be.2. Is the orange peel is candied? I'm on strict keto. This probably won't make any significant difference, there just isn't that much orange peel in there and the prepared tea is definitely not sweet, but that needed to be mentioned in the description / ingredients, and it makes me wonder what other additives or ingredients might be in here. If that's not sugar, then there's a white Something on the orange peel.3. Most disappointing, either because of the expiration or just because, this tea is rather flavorless / not the flavor I expected. Shaking it out, it's primarily made of the two inexpensive ingredients listed lower on the label - mint, and the grassy leafy end bits of the lemongrass, not the juicier flavorful part near the root. The mint is overpowering and the lemongrass adds no flavor at all; I could have made a similar minty tea from my garden for free. I was hoping for a pungent ginger tea with a citrus-y undertone. It has a little bite to it that I suppose is ginger, but the actual flavor isn't showing up.Overall, I'm sorry to say that while I applaud the company's efforts at creating a modern upscale product, I won't be purchasing from Vahdam again.

I love Chocolate teas be it by itself for an exclusive luxurious cuppa or for infusing it with various Black & Red teas and Vahdam's Chocolate tea works perfectly for both. The flavors are exquisite & there's even chocolate nibs in it - this is tea heaven!!

This tea is the best but it's not for people who are just getting into tea. The flavor is very strong, the ginger is very powerful. The longer you let it steep the stronger it gets, obviously, but it also gets spicier! I've been drinking this tea for three solid years now and highly recommend it if your tea game is good and you like Indian-style tea.

I’ve had other apple-spice herbal teas that were better, but this one is pretty tasty, and it’s a good value. I mostly regular drink black and green teas, but sometimes I just want a caffeine-free herbal option. This one fits the bill.

Generally, I prefer strong, really hot, unflavored regular black tea with milk. But I need to cut back on caffeine in the evening. I tend to despise all herbal teas. But something about this blend converted me. Now, I drink this every day after 4 pm. I use 3-4 times the recommended amount and then I get a good complex flavor, with vague chocolate notes and not much vanilla. It costs more that way, but for me it is worth it. The base tea in this blend is rooibos, a south African red herbal tea. The scent is almost woody, and I am not picking up the cinnamon that is supposed to be in the blend. It's also naturally sweet. I would never have thought I would like this tea, but a sample was in a tea Advent calendar from Vahdam. It's good just as is, with nothing added. However, you might want to make it really, really strong to get all the flavors.

Tasted really good, I didn't realize it was loose leaf tea however and that's not really my thing

Took me a couple of attempts to figure out how I best enjoy this product.Not keen on it with just hot water added, as I found it a little bit thin?Nor with hot water & soy or another alternative milk added too as again I found it too watery, however when I put my organic soy & whatever other alternative milk I like to use in my frother or just heat it up In a pan or microwave then add the sachet I get for me what I think is a delicious vegan latte like chai drink.This to me means it's not a just add hot water latte experience but a just add hotmilk latte experience, which is just fine for me. I find the drink gently calming & helps ease some of my pains even & stress.Love this vegan drink!

Costa just introduced Chai latte to their menu but I didn't want to keep paying the high price so I searched online for multiple days trying to pick a decent reviewed Chai Latte brand in which I came across VAHDAM.It arrived on time but was posted to the wrong address for starters in which made me investigate for my package.I opened the package, followed the instructions adding 1 sachet of Chai to boiling water and I stirred and stirred but really didn't dissolve, I tried the Chai like this but was very watery so I tried adding hot milk but it still didn't help or change the taste. I also tried this with another sachet but with cold milk, still again, didn't dissolve.Drinking it was very very bland, very watery, not chai and had a lot of problems dissolving.I will not be buying another VAHDAM Chai Latte

Very disappointed, maybe I had too high expectations but honestly can't taste much flavour at all, it's like water with a cinnamon stick in. The picture is after stirring for about 5 minutes, the product doesn't desolve and just gives you tasteless drink with lumpy bits. Unfortunately not for me and wouldn't buy again.

Bought this tea without reading into the company, when it arrived there was a little background story on the box, I was very pleased to read the story of the young entrepreneur that started this company, its supporting TEAch Me, a program aimed at improving education, especially with girls in the tea producing communities. It somehow made the tea taste a little more satisfying.. Will definitely be buying more from this company. The tea itself is delicious ( I have the Citrus Ginger) they come well packaged for freshness and although squeezing it all into the zip lock bag they give you is a bit tricky, its well worth the hassle, as its so full of flavour. You can see the obviously quality of ingredients, as you can recognize the ginger and lemon grass large pieces, rather than some teas I've had when there is a bag of anonymous dust. Buy with confidence - tasty wholesome tea that is doing good in the world ?

This stuff must be an acquired taste. I normally use ordinary turmeric powder to make drinks and that tastes so much nicer than this mixture. It was very expensive so i will have to consume the stuff but I shall not be buying any more.
