Christmas in a mould. Fantastic
After reading up on reviews to get the tips, I made some candles using these for the first time. I'm very happy with the results. It felt so wrong, but is a must, to cut the moulds down one side so that you can easily remove the wax once set. Just a few elastic bands round the mould holds it securely in place before pouring the wax. And yes, you do also need to pierce a hole in the top and feed the wick through before pouring the wax too. Bit fiddly but easy once you get the hang of it. I used a small screwdriver to push it through after making the hole. Would buy these again.

Not good 😐
Not good the wax kept breaking when trying to get it out of the mould. The pine cone doesn't even look like a pine cone. The tree wasn't bad but I won't be using these moulds again for my business. Just a waste of my time and money on something that will end up in the bin.

Work exactly as intended
Great little moulds did exactly what I wanted to and the quality of the finished product removed from the mould exceeded my expectations. Very happy with these. The moulds themselves have enough material to support itself when pouring things into them, they are very flexible and finished things can be removed fairly easily and without damaging them. The mould silicone is a little rough around the edges but the quality and resolution of the internal moulding part is spot on, can't ask for better really

Hard to use
Tried many attempts but was unable to get the wax into the entire of the mould so they just looked weird.

Dont Bother
Let me first say I have alot of experience in making candles. I have tried everything to make the candles work made with these moulds. I have used pillar wax and the smallest wicks possible. I have made 4 different attempts. Everytime the candles made with these moulds end as a pool of melted wax. In my opinion the candles made with these mould are just too small. About 10 minutes after the candles have been lit, melted wax starts to drip down the side. This gets worse and worse as the candle continues to burn. From the attached picture you can see the how far the melted wax spreads out. This was about 45min. For scale the size of melt pool for each candle is about 2cm in diameter. If the moulds made wider candles then the melted wax would be retaned. I would say that the width of each candle needs to be at least 4cm at the base.
