The water line in our fridge was blocked / frozen and water would back up under our drawers in the fridge and would freeze. We finally called a repair man who tried everything but couldn't get it unblocked but still charged us a hefty fee. Saw this on a video, ordered and worked like a charm ... took no time at all for my husband to unblock the line and no problems since. Highly recommend!!

I bought this in the mid of winter. It worked well, however my issue was just that I needed to change my filter. I diagnosed my refrigerator incorrectly. Make sure your water filter does not need replacing before buying this. I never encountered that issue before but as soon as the filter was changed my water came out. The ice was coming out and being made but the water was not coming out.

Brush is good but tubeing is to big to go into the water dispenser to unfreeze it so i bought weed wacker fule line and that works.

The filtered water suddenly stopped coming out of our fridge. I did some online trouble shooting looking for potential solutions. I found a video on YouTube that suggested the problem might be a frozen water line and recommended this product to help fix it. And it did. Money well spent.

The tubing is too large to fit into the spelling of the water dispenser on the fridge. So you can’t reach the frozen spot in the door and flush it

Drain cleaner worked well, the three plastic things that came with it, I had no idea what to do with. The syringe is very helpful for flushing all the mold out of the drain lune after cleaning. Nice kit for the money.

This is a handy kit to have. It is very effective to help clear the drain in your freezer. Mine was blocked with ice & rust. I filled the syringe with hot water and was able to melt the frozen blockage.

used it to clear a partially blocked drain hole in refrigerator. worked like a charm.
