What I like is that it is the correct globe-my hurricane prone state spends a good bit of time with no electric power during the season- the Dietz Jupiter is a super kerosene lantern-I have the globe as a back up should something happen to the original-

Perfect fit
Perfect fit for the Dietz D-Lite lantern that I have had for several decades. So glad that will not have to throw away my old lantern.However, the glass of this globe is thinner than the original globe, but it has the same dimensions as the original.
