Shipped quickly. The directions to put this together are excellent, so I had no issues there. Sturdy, high quality and gorgeous.

Amazing from beginning to end. Packaging was amazing. All pieces were labeled with stickers that came off easily and completely! The instructions were the best I have ever seen with diagrams and written text. No shorting on the screws and accessories. The paint finish looks fabulous and I love the color. More of a gray-black. Hope it holds up to daily use. But for now--excellent value for the money.

This bench looks good and serves the purpose we bought it for. As the other reviews stated...the bottom shelves were very uneven. We solved this issue by tossing the adjustable shelves and placed a couple baskets in the space instead. I prefer the look of the baskets anyway, so this works for us.It took about 2hrs to assemble and is sturdy enough for what we will use it for. It seems like decent product for the price. I would buy this again...even with the uneven shelves.

We bought this to use in our sunroom which we use regularly to enter and exit the house. We want it for hanging my purse, our jackets, and having a place to keep shoes when we take them off at the door. It fits perfectly where we planned to put it. The preview in the app was very accurate. We were able to see placement before we purchased from several different angles. All 4 shelves are tall enough and deep enough to fit adult athletic shoes with ample room to spare. Assembly was intimidating at first when seeing all the pieces. But the directions were large enough to read without glasses and chunked into self-explanatory streps - although there are many steps! It took two people to get the box in the house. One person was able to do the tedious part of assembly with the exception of repositioning the top piece twice before completion.

Overall very satisfied with this piece, it's more solid than I expected for self assembled furniture. I opted to not place the selves across but instead use baskets to hold kids shoes and items typically left by the door.

I am very satisfied with this purchase. Perfect size for my condo. I like to have everything in it's place, so this makes it easy for my kids to walk in and take their shoes off and hang their backpacks. Would definitely recommend.
