From the color of the package to the smell of the product! Everything, spot on.I have foaming rice wash for my face and love it so much I thought I'd give shampoo a try!1)First glance. The product design and color is, simply put minimal and sweet/pretty. Which is what initially caught my eye2) Taking it out of the box I was blow away. I was expecting a thin plastic bottle. Like every other recyclable bottle. It's not! It's like a little inflatable bottle. Well made, light and sturdy. Easy pump. Definitely less plastic. Ingenious design.3) Personally I love the smell. It's soft and light. For some I can see it being to overly flowery.4) I have fine oily hair and scalp psoriasis for years(if you know, you know. Especially when it comes to shampoos) and have always gone back to head and shoulders. As much as head and shoulders works great for my scalp I've tried so many other options for helping my hair AND scalp. I can not express how my hair and scalp have improved. I leave the shampoo on a little longer and massage with a scalp massager. Apparently I've had a natural wave to my hair which I never knew because it has been weighted down by everything else in all the other shampoos. Expecting that it was a one time fluk. The second wash I wasn't expecting anythind more than being squeaky clean. IT HAPPENED AGAIN!! Soft waves of hair ♥️5) IN LOVE. I have found my new shampoo/ conditioner essential. Highly recommend for the ones in similar conditions.

Updated edit: So I don't really recommend this product, I have been using it for a while ( I wash my hair every other day) and this product has made my hair feel kinda brittle and dry. While my hair has always shed since I have thick hair it has been shedding like never before after using this product. The only upside of using this product is that my hair smells good, but my hair isn't soft as it used to be, and it tangles more. It seems that my review earlier was like a beginner's luck that turned sour. I will not be repurchasing and I don't really recommend this product for curly/wavy hair.I have wavy/curly hair that is thick, both the stands themselves and the overall body of my hair. This duo works well for my hair so far, it doesn't detangle like thicker conditioners do but it makes it feel soft and silky. The shampoo smells better than the conditioner, by quite a lot, the shampoo has a nice floral scent that doesn't smell like chemicals. The conditioner however smells like a salon-grade chemical floral smell, it does get overwhelming when you are using it but it leaves a nice scent when the hair is dry that lasts and leaves a nice fresh scent behind. My hair the day after is soft and shiny but I’m not sure if it has helped with frizz since my hair is dependent on the weather and humidity but it is easier to pull back and de-tangle. I would recommend to try it if you are looking for a new scent. The bottle are recycled and basically are like bags with a pump and they stand on their own with no issue and I like that they use less plastic.

The smell is the best. I wish the company would product this small of aroma. My hair is not oily after cleaning and the smell had been with my hair until I cleaned next time. Love it.

I like the way the shampoo makes my hair feel. Clean and almost like a clarifying clean feeling. The conditioner is a little hard to work into knots. But works decent. The reason why I can’t buy again is because I really hate the smell. The shampoo is just not nice to me but the conditioner actually smells like something is wrong with it. Like not just “not my fave”- but like it’s made with soemtbing fowl and rotting or something? I enjoyed the feeling of these but I can’t handle the smell. The search continues…..

I love the way it makes my hair feel!! It’s not weighted down. Looks fresh and clean all day!! My hair is oily, this conditioner works great with this. I’ll buy it again. 👍

The media could not be loaded.  I love this shampoo and conditioner together. My Hairdresser tried stripy hair from all coloring products but instead my hair broke abd fell out. I went from midlength hair to a short bob to fix the damage. A coworker recommended MyKirei by KAO. I started using it and within months my hair was back down to my shoulders. I was so happy with the results. I have gifted sets to many if my friends and my daughter to use. The smell is very light and it leaves my hair soft and manageable. I have very thick hair I always struggle having enough moisture in my hair with this shampoo and conditioner that has not been an issue.

After one use, this product coated the bottom of my bathtub and it was a B**** to get rid of it. It was like I had splattered candle wax all over my bathtub/ shower. I did not even use that much. Absolutely disgusting to be giving my babies a bath and this product is just coating the bottom of your tub and it's all in the water. I hate to scrub multiple times. There is no way this is good for your hair or your plumbing. In the trash it goes.
