Really cool product and technology. It seems like a heavy or bulky product when you pick it up, but surprisingly good suction holds it well, and the safety suction seems solid.Decent cleaning area, and I like the square shape of it that it doesn't look like it's 'walking' one side at a time like some other products - somehow I think it gives a better clean that way.If you haven't heard of the brand, don't let that alarm you. I also own one of their vacuums, and although customer support is done via app or email, it's prompt and efficient and they stand behind the products.Is this as good as windex , lots of elbow grease, and some good paper towels? Maybe not quite there yet. But is it a safe, easy, efficient way to clean hard to reach, or large areas, or for those who just plain don't feel like physically srcubbing all the time? Absolutely

Initially I was not very impressed with this robot, but I have addressed my concerns with customer service and I received comprehensive support. It took some time to figure out how to make sure that windows are clean to my satisfaction, but now I am quite happy with results

The media could not be loaded. This is a great product for a few reasons.First, I really like it for medium sized jobs covering areas that are hard to reach safely from the floor. It is a lot safer than reaching out a second story window or climbing a ladder to reach windows when you have cathedral ceilings. You may still need to climb a ladder to attach it but at least it won't require a lot reaching while balancing.Second, it saves time and money since I can do other things while it is cleaning and it is less expensive than hiring someone to clean.Finally, the dual purpose function also allows me to clean tile floors as well which makes this a more versatile tool and not just a one-trick pony.It wouldn't be fair to list only positives so also consider some negatives.First, it is noisy. Maybe like hair dryer noisy and I didn't measure decibels but I did post a video with this review for you to check out. It's probably hard to tell over a computer but it does make some noise. I'm sure it will fade into the background after some use but if you have a light sleeper and want to clean while they are sleeping then you should consider this.Also, it comes with cleaning solution in a non-descript container. I'm not sure what to use for a refill but it would be nice to know if you can use any type of cleaner or what types should be avoided to prevent damage. Probably an easy solution by contacting the company but it is a new product so I'm sure there will be some kinks to work out.Overall, this is a great start for a robotic cleaner and it will certainly improve over time if the company is intent on improving upon the technology.

As someone who could be considered "cynical", I was fully prepared to tear this product to shreds for all the reasons I imagined in my mind. But I can admit when I am wrong, and this was one of those occasions.This Robot Window Cleaner, COAYU CW902 Window Cleaning Robot is the first product of the kind that I've seen, and from my experience of trying other windows cleaning products each claiming to be the easiest, or most effective at leaving your windows streak free and clean, that this is effective at cleaning your windows.The most limiting factor of this product is the difficulty in using this to clean windows that are above the first level, which is going to be important for a lot of potential buyers, as it is for me. So, if you have a single-story home that needs windows cleaned this is about the best way to do it.Another point in the negative column is the fact that the "solution" that is required to do the cleaning is just some plain, unbranded, unknown substance in a bottle with no mention of ingredients or what to use when you run out. You will run out quickly, because the bottle isn't excessively big, and it requires a significant amount to completely clean a window.I did appreciate the simplicity in the design of this product, which feels like a weird thing to say about a window cleaning robot, but this doesn't reinvent the wheel, it simply automates it. This robot doesn't perform a task that you couldn't do yourself, but that isn't what this is for, this is to do those things that you don't want to do and have put off for months for no reason other than laziness (not speaking from personal experience) and this provides a capable proxy that can complete the task with minimal input from the user.Overall, this is a niche product with extraordinarily little mainstream appeal, future generations of these robotic window cleaners will have some leaps that will make them more appealing to more people, but for now this is okay. If you are able bodied and a self-starter then this isn't a product for you, but if you have been needing assistance cleaning your windows then this could be okay. I wish the manufacturer weren't so secretive about the special cleaning solution that is in a completely non-descript generic blank bottle, because that would make this useful after the included bottle is used up. 4/5 stars.
