Question 1

why does this cost 70 dollars now when the retail price is 30 dollars?

Accepted Answer

Sadly this item is sold by 72 other companies aswell. If your lucky enough to find it in stock and sold by Amazon themselves it'll be the retail $29.99. I bought mine off here for $29.99 but again that's because it was sold by Amazon. Not a third party Scalper using Amazon. Hope this helps! :)

Question 3

does this come with a dualsense controller? Since it is 2 1/2 times the retail price of Sony’s price for a duel sense charging station??

Accepted Answer

I was just able to order this from a big box retailer online at the RETAIL price so you can find it if you keep looking for the $29.99 price. Sellers who claim "it's supply and demand" are full of it, the supply and demand would be just fine if they weren't buying them up without any intention of using them, just to try and sell it for jacked up price. Amazon should close down allowing people to do it as they are just adding to the problem, which is why all my PS5 business will go elsewhere.

Question 4

Why is this $75 when Playstation is selling it for $29.99? Didn't realize price gouging was alright.

Accepted Answer

Sony is gouging people charging $29.99 for this as well. It doesn't include batteries. How in the world is this piece of plastic worth $30? I'll pay a 3rd party $20. Not my loss.
