These extensions are made from 1-5/8" OD (outside dimension) pipe with a welded 1-3/8" hinge. These 1-5/8" OD pipe x 1-3/8" welded hinge extensions are fabricated to be installed onto 1-3/8" top rail only. This listing is for a set of 2. They extend out 2' and are perfect for hanging signs and just about any small project of your choice. Tip: If you are having a problem with an unstable top rail of an older fence or just a loose top rail, consider our "Top Rail Lock Device." Four come in a set, and 1 will secure 20'. TL-158-4 is the item number for 1 -5/8" top rail.
