A 100% acrylic waterproofing sealer, specially formulated to provide superior protection from moisture penetration and the effects of weathering on a variety of properly prepared substrates. It may be top-coated with water-based paints, and elastomeric coatings. It may also be used as a surface conditioner for lightly chalked painted substrates. Easy to apply, it is mildew resistant, blocks graffiti, is non-flammable, resists salts and acids, and is safe for use on pre-colored cementitious surfaces. It is fast drying and it may be mixed with latex-based coatings - (1 part Shield’s All to 10 parts latex paint), to improve products overall weathering properties. It is non-toxic to humans, animals and vegetation, and is low VOC. ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE! Great for both Interior and Exterior use.

I used this as a final coating for reptile enclosure items. It doesn't seem to bother my reptiles at all. It does have a strong smell for about a month.
