Excellent Replacement for GU10 Halogen Track Lighting
I had a 6 lamp track light in our kitchen that had been installed by the previous owner. The halogen bulbs burned so hot that it was miserable to work under them and I realized that I was using 300 watts every time I turned on the light switch. I ordered these because I am a big fan of LED lighting and the price point was less than half of similar lights at the big box stores.The plugged in with no problem and I did not have to worry about keeping the lens free of body oil from my fingers as with the halogens. The beam is wide and bright and I can stand on a stool directly under the lamps and not feel any heat. I know I am not only saving 270 watts for lighting but also saving more energy by not having to run the AC just to keep our small kitchen cool.By the way, other reviews complain about the cool white beam but, in my mind, this is the best color for both kitchens and bath. If you are going to use them in a family room, living room or in a display case, then you might want to go with daylight colors but this color is great for bath, kitchen or laundry roomsExcellent product at an excellent value.

Brighter than I ever imagined and stays cool.
These bulbs are always tough to get out without one of those suction cup tools, but my son has smaller, strong hands and he was able to do it. I was a little leery about the brightness of an LED, but it turned out to be incredibly bright. I have it in a three-light fixture above my sink and it works great. I probably won't even bother to wait for the other two bulbs to burn out. The new one is much brighter, stays cool, and saves energy. You could literally cook an egg on the old ones...dangerously hot! I'm sold on LED.

Light bulbs are OK
The light bulbs were good, it said 2700k, but the only thing is the lights are a little whiter than my other light bulbs. It’s hard to tell the difference between my 2700k bulbs and this one, however, when they are next to each other you can tell the difference. But overall they are good bulbs.

Much better than halogen lights
I did not realize that what I had before were halogen lights. Those lights get extremely hot and are not half as bright as these LED lights. Once installed, it brightened my basement and the lights get warm, but not hot, so I do not have to worry. Worth the extra money!

Longevity not rated as we just got them to replace LED bulbs that were almost 10 years old. Perfect fit for a kitchen light that originally had halogen bulbs. These give off a nice bright light and so far seem to be working as expected.
