Giraudi, as already done with its Gianduione, redesigns another classic of the Italian chocolate making (the Cremino), and gives it new life by creating it in unusual dimensions. The artisan company models it in a 200g / 7oz maxi format, keeping its iconic ingot-shape and layering unchanged. It is intended to be cut with a knife and eaten with lightly toasted bread at breakfast or after a meal with coffee. This "dark cremone" boasts three alternating layers of cremino: one with a light cremino chocolate in the centre, and two made of dark cremino chocolate. Ingredients - Dark layers: toasted Piedmont hazelnuts, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, gianduia paste (hazelnut, low fat cocoa, cocoa 22/24%,sugar, dextrose, sunflower oil, emulsifier soy lecithin, flavour). Light layer: white chocolate (sugar, cocoa butter, whole powdered milk, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavour. Cocoa min: 31.3%), toasted Piedmontese hazelnuts, cocoa mass. Allergens: hazelnut, soy, milk. It may contain other nuts and sesame. Store in a cool dry place, at a temperature lower than 20° C, and away from light. Dimensions (WxHxD): 10 x 3 x 5 cm / 3.93 x 1.18 x 1.96 in, weight: 200g / 7oz. Giraudi is an esteemed brand known in Italy thanks to its high quality handcrafted chocolate. Established in 1907 in Piedmont (Italy), the business started off as a small pastry shop with a mill and a baking oven. Its current production keeps on boasting wise craftsmanship, passion for chocolate making, and creativity.
