The Epicwater filter I bought together to begin with was fine. Worked great.This replacement filter has been horrendous. It either spends three hours to filter one jug full drip by tiny drip. Or doesn’t bother passing the water through, at all.Won’t be buying again. And will likely have to look for an alternative to Epicwater.

Ridiculous!
The item arrived more than a week after it said it would, with no word of apology. Ridiculously expensive for what it is and I will be buying an alternative water filter jug in future. Goodbye "epic" water!
