Wish we had it sooner!
The Tommee Tippee Sleepee Snuggee sleep bag is excellent quality. No loose stitching and all edges are finished, very impressed with the zipper stopper so the zipper doesn’t hit baby’s neck, and soft and smooth fabric. My baby is almost 9 months which is at the top of the size range for this item but we had to try it out! He’s currently 28 inches long and 23 lbs, which is over the recommended weight, but the way he carries his weight more in his arms and legs I figured he’d fit. I zipped him in with his arms out and he’s comfortably snug. He has an inch or so in the bottom of the sack. He’s currently going through a sleep regression and isn’t sleeping like normal though so I cannot speak as to whether this item will help baby sleep better with arms out or not. When he was littler he slept very well while swaddled and I expect this item would’ve been no different (wish it was around a few months ago!). I was going to put his arms in for review purposes (REMEMBER that you shouldn’t swaddle with arms in after baby can roll as it’s dangerous) but he was too chunky to fit with arms in.The arms in swaddle feature though is great. There are two snaps on each arm hole that turn the arm hole inside and keep the arms in. The arms in feature can be used on both sides at the same time or one arm at a time for transitioning out of the swaddle. It’s great that this is all in one product and no extra “transition” product is needed when transitioning from swaddle to sleep sack/bag.This sack is rated as 1.0 tog, and is two layers of thick cotton without any filling between the layers. It is 100% cotton on the inside layer, outside layer is 95% cotton and 5% elastane to make it stretchier. It is worth noting that the handy “What to Wear” guide included on the front of the package on a hang tag does not match the guide on the back of the package. The guide on the back of the package appears to be for a higher tog product and doesn’t seem to match this 1.0 tog sack. The hang tag guide on front appears to be correct for this product except it says “snuggle” instead of “snuggee.” Whoops! Still a great sack though!Compared to other brands, this sack is the same length as Kyte Baby 0-6 months and Hudson Baby 6-12 months. As far as the panda pattern goes, I love it and think it’s adorable!! I consider it a very neutral pattern, however it does have a very small amount of pink on it (to make the panda faces have rosy cheeks) but I don’t have a problem putting it on my son. It is something to keep in mind though when gifting this pattern if the parent(s) don’t want their son to wear pink.We will definitely be using this product as long as we can now and will use it again someday for the next baby. Hope Tommee Tippee considers making this shape of sack in larger sizes without the swaddle feature since my baby seems to like the snug waist. I would recommend this product to friends!

Crazy expensive for one Made in China swaddle...but nice. Two-layers.
The outside of this swaddle is made of 95% cotton and 5% elastane. The lining is made of 100% cotton. The inside is a bit softer than the outside. Because it has a lining, it’s fairly thick for a swaddle.I have the size 3 – 9-months. It measures 27.5” from the top to the bottom. It measures 10”. . . 14”. . . 16”. . . 16.5” across going down, starting under the arms. There are snaps on the arms. . . Depending upon if you want to have the arms in. . . or. . . out.Though Tommee Tippee is a U.S. Company. . . .This swaddle is Made in China. It comes in a nice cardboard box. If you’re giving it as a gift. . . It’s very easy to wrap. At the current price of thirty bucks, I think it’s crazy expensive for one swaddle. You should receive (at least) two for this price for Made in China.

Nicely made swaddle blanket
I got this for my granddaughter when she would come to visit. She used it in the crib as a swaddle blanket for the first 8 months she was here - every other weekend. It washed fine (on delicate) and kept her nice and warm. She just turned 2 but will be a big sister in a few months. I’ll use this on the newborn when they come to visit.

Safe?
Too big for our 12 lb baby. Her arms have enough room to stretch up by her face. I am afraid it may slip over her face if she pushes her hands up higher. Loose enough around neck to fit over her chin.

Very Nice Sleep Sack
As you know, sleep sacks come in different thicknesses and heat ratings. I have found that some are nice and thick for winter and some are nice and thin for summer, but the quality can be highly variable. These are actually really good, nice and thick fabric but not the super thick fleece type for winter. These work really well for average nights and slightly cool nights but not hot nights or very cold nights, so these are great for most of the year, except in very cold climates. These are a great option for when it's not so cold and they function just like the high end ones that cost around ten dollars more. I am giving these five stars for the quality of the fabric, the stitching quality, the zipper quality, the basic design, and the thickness. If you are a master of the diaper change during sleep, this side zipper design is really spectacular, because you can actually change the diaper and not really wake your baby. If you wake up your baby while changing their diaper, this side zipper design won't matter at all and if your baby falls right back to sleep this won't matter. Really the only reason for the side zipper is a baby who will wake and stay awake if jostled while you are checking the diaper and changing it. Some wait until the baby cries to check the diaper. Some check it routinely. It really depends on how you go about the task. This side zipper design, I have found, adds cost to the sleep sacks, and this one does run around ten dollars more than similar products, but it is a great product, so I still give these five stars and highly recommend them, while also saying that it is a good idea to compare prices on the similar products. This is great, but should cost around twenty or twenty-two, based on what I'm finding with other very similar products made of the same high quality materials. Good luck in your search.

Unsafe!!!
This sleepsack is not safe, as the fabric can ride up and over your child's face! There is nothing keeping the fabric down or preventing the baby from wiggling his arms up, as all babies do in sleepsacks. All he had to do was lift his arms up enough times and the fabric started to ride up. Good thing I had been watching the monitor and was able to transfer him back to his old sleepsack.I have a longer baby and the size was perfect, as other sleep sacks came up short. Prior to this I was using the Embe legs out Swaddle which worked great but he had since grown out of around the arms and chest and I was looking for a replacement.I would not continue to use this sleep sack considering the risk that is involved. I will keep looking.I would give this zero stars if possible.
