I don't know what thay means, but the lamp is really good it has a strong clip, charges quickly and battery last a long time. Good reading lamp

No you are not doing anything wrong . Amazon should remove this Item from site. had mine just over 5 weeks when I needed to charge . sent a message to Amozon about this . not charging first they tried to say it was to late to return , but then gave a full refund

there is a little dot at the side of the slit where you plug charger in that changes colour and it is red when being charged but turns green when it is full and ready to unplug. it is only a very small dot and very hard to see. but dont let that put you of, i have two and they are excellent lights.
