The paint I ordered is like a silver metal flake type of paint. The vehicle is 11 years old so it's a bit faded but the paint matched up well enough. The problem I had is #1 it's fairly pricey #2 It will run and that is a real problem. I suggest very lite coats and lots of patience. It may take five lite coats with each to get where your going but the results can be excellent. You'll want to mask off at least 6 inches of anything that doesn't need painted. Patience is the key here, lite coat, allow to dry, lite coat etc.

As long as you prep the surface right, it seems to work well. The other reviews are right, it is thin. Keep the coats light and it covers nicely. It also sets quickly between coats so it's ready for another coat in a reasonable amount of time. 2 cans did 4 coats on the front bumper cover of my wife's Fusion and it was just enough to get it even. There was metal flake that continued to float in the air for a 25 foot radius for tens of minutes after spraying, so keep that in mind. It dries enough to safely handle it to move in a couple of hours. It's slightly darker than the UX on her car but it will be barely noticeable.

This stuff was awesome...had paint peeling off my 2012 f150 roof....fixed it...nearly perfect....my only criticism is could have offered more instructions....but I guess they figure you can watch about a 100 videos on YouTube and you’ll have it figured out...I did...and it looks great!

Very easy to lay down for ingot silver.. clear gloss top coat could be better but I would always seal the color with the gloss it comes with just to be safe before having a full final gloss coat in a different brand put on

Not a match for my car. The piece was also plastic and it peeled off within a week.

Color was a perfect match. Easy to apply three necessary coats and my car is looking brand new!

The primer worked great for a deep scratch. I buffed the area and sanded and prepped for base coat. I did the base coat inside the door jamb first and let it sit for a week, it is significantly off on the color so I decided to avoid using it on this scratch on my drivers side door. Clear coat didn’t help the door jamb test.
