First of all, its worth mentioning that the customer service received from the seller was good but the problems I had with the board was not.I had 2 main issues with my board. First of all, it arrived with a dead battery.Then when the new one came, the bearings were faulty in the wheels. After taking them apart, I found they had disassembled themselves inside (the bearings were not in the plastic race and were floating around inside the casing... on two different wheels.Either poor quality or poor attention to manufacturing, either way its dangerous for something that can travel at speeds of 20mph.New wheels and bearings were supplied by the seller. Thanks again for the customer service but this shouldn't have really left the factory like this.I'll be upgrading to something better im sure at some point but it has been a good entry into the eskate market.

Perfect shipping even from country to country I did receive to Italy and i'm particularly happy.Solid and not too heavy , very simple remote , whit cruse control and break i don't go max speed i don't travel too far, 25 kilometers alf batteryHave fun !
