Yay!
I was using mono Trail for years and absolutely loved them! I was so heartbroken to find out that the company went out of business. I went into Salt Lake running company and they fit me with these. So far so good. Fingers crossed that they’ll be that my new love. I noticed such a huge difference when I don’t wear insoles I get foot knee and back pain. These are a lifesaver!

Great inserts!
After having plantar fasciitis twice, these inserts have been a lifesaver for my feet with the awesome arch support! I put these in all of my shoes if they will fit, even my hey dudes. I purchase a new insert every time I buy a new shoe and have used these for years, so no telling how many of these I have bought. They are much cheaper than having to custom insert but hold up great!

Great inserts
My Podiatrist recommended these inserts and I’m so pleased! They have truly minimized the pain in my feet and the arch support doesn’t bend and flex like some others do. It’s just been a little over a week, but so far so good. And best of all they are affordable!

Sturdy, well made & recommended by Dr, but not for me
These were 1st in the top row of arch support inserts the ortho showed me. They seem very well made & would likely give support longer than ones I've been using & replacing for 6+ yrs (which aren't specifically for arch support). Why 4 stars? When I put them in my shoes on top of the heel pad the orthopedic surgeon also told me to purchase, my heel slipped way up with every step (didn't happen with the non-arch support orthotics I had been using). One foot felt pretty uncomfortable. Maybe I would've gotten used to them, but I didn't want to walk around much in something I might need to return. In this case, an in- store trial might be better & I'm going to a specialty shoe store today to do exactly that.

Well worth your money!
Works as promised. Took a bit of work removing my boots' original insoles, but these PowerSteps were a big improvement in comfort and arch support.

Give them a chance.
It hurt my feet at first when I wore them however my first shift as a bartender on a band night 8 hour shift my feet or knees didn't hurt at all. They seem thin and the arch is kind of hard. But give them a good chance. I think the reason why they hurt my feet at first is because they was realigning my pressure points. Will be purchasing these again after the ones I have wear out.
