I take this when my stomach gets upset for seemingly no reason, and it helps. The other thing I use it for is a bit... odd. But I am terrified of public bathrooms, and I find that this absolutely helps to avoid bathrooms. If I take it with an energy drink, for instance, energy drinks usually make me pee every 30 minutes. It's ridiculous. If I take one or two of these with the energy drink, I'm fine. Also, if I take two before I go to a theme park for a 13 hour day, I can avoid the gross public bathrooms ALL. DAY. It is amazing.
