The taste is horrible, but the effectiveness is awesome. Would recommend diluting this in a large amount of water or a small amount of OJ or pineapple juice.

I've been taking the magnesium drops for years. There is no noticeable taste, and I have it in my juice in the morning. I can't say that for the other drops, so go easy when you start these other ones. I had to back off to 4 drops, and honestly, I could still taste it. So, I would just get the Magnesium alone, and pass on this package.

Have so much energy. It helps because I am training for a 10k. Co-worker suggested trying it. I am so happy. You need to go low and slow like they recommend if you have a sensitive stomach. I sometimes add a little dried lavender in my water just to enhance the flavor. It’s worth a try if you are fatigued.
