Fantastic tool.
My husband used it to dig holes to erect a picket fence. Posts were 3x2 and the holes made were the perfect size. I've also used it to dig holes to plant my tulip bulbs. Fanatic tool. I have chronic pain issues and thanks to this I can get back to most of my gardening without needing help from other people.

Worked where a trench spade found the ground too hard to penetrate.
Used in a combi drill to take pasture soil samples. The drill took a lot of holding. Perhaps in my situation it would have benefited from being slightly smaller in diameter. The pasture has not been dug, plowed or harrowed for many years.

Easy to use and works well.
Love this! Being of a certain age was finding it difficult to dig holes for planting. Not now…use this to loosen soil so it’s easier to dig. Recommended.

Sort of thing you buy then forget
Quite difficult to get cordless trill to go slow enough for controlled hole digging as any small obstruction jerks the drill against trigger finger.
