It leaked

I bought this 6 months ago, it's been great. Keeps everything cold has lots pockets, holds everything I need to take to work.The one down fall is the zipper failed on the big pouch. I was able to fix it 3 times. It has failed a 4th time and I am no longer able to zip the big pocket up. So, essentially the bag has rendered useless after 6 months use. Kind of disappointing for the price.

I love all the compartments and storage for food and work accessories. I carry everything in this. It keeps everything cool and easily accessible. I ordered the cheapest one available and waited, but we’ll worth the wait. I even bought a second one for back up.🇺🇸

The seller of this product (Igloo backpack) would not work with me due to a faulty strap. I understand my purchase was beyond the 30 day return policy with Amazon however, I didn’t think this would break within a couple of months. I have owned these before and would only have to replace it after normal wear and tear (about 2 years.) The product in question is still new, with a faulty shoulder strap. One would think a seller would be concerned of a faulty product even beyond the 30 day policy. I will not purchase another product from this seller.

I've had a few over the years and I needed one that was slightly bigger. Thanks to the explosion of internet shopping, more options became available. My rating is based on Igloo's ability to innovate and take advantage of a bigger market with more options, its ability to create versatility in a utilitarian environment, and offer better options at a reasonable price. Although Igloo is getting more competition, it pushes them to stay ahead of the curve and it's a brand I can trust.The only issues I've had over the years are zippers going bad and the inner lining eventually tears (usually it happens in the first year of usage), which ends up leaking. The zipper issue seems to be resolved and hopefully the inner has also. Time will tell. So far I'm pretty impressed with the placements of the extra pockets but I do miss the top compartment from my previous Maxcold backpack.

The bag has the right amount of pockets to make it easy for use as lunch bag and carry items into the power plant for work.
