Great earbuds!!
I personally loves these earbuds. I've bought 3 pairs to keep in various places for easy access. Batter life is great for hours of music listening or whatever you use them for. I am easily heard when using the earbuds with phone calls BUT background noise can also be easily heard from the person on the other end of the phone.

Everything
These earbuds are the absolute best I can hear people talking while listening to music, the charge last for hours, and they have a USBC connection. I also accidentally washed them in the washer so they will survive water (of course depending on the water situation lol) but I highly recommend getting these earbuds.

For nearly $100, these are not bad.
Pros-Pairing was easy on my Fire HD Plus 8 (2020), an LG phone from 2016, and mid-2011 Macbook Pro-Small, very compact charging case-The sound and voice prompts are much easier on the ears than other earbuds I've tried, and i've tried a lot-They fit really good on me, but your mileage may vary-Only on my Fire HD Plus 8, it tells you how much battery is left, but not for each side-Battery life is good enough for me. I try to use any earbuds for no more than 1 – 2 hours a day to protect my hearing. I usually hear the low batt prompt after a 3 to 4 days.-On phone calls, the person on the other end can hear me loud and clear and vice versa-The stock sound is good for podcasts, but there is a con attached to that pro. The bass is not muddy and the main frequencies for the human voice are clear. Not as clear as a Sony MDR-7506 or similar headphone, but clearer than all the other earbuds I've tried.-The stock sound is pretty good for dialog in movies and podcasts. But...Cons-The stock sound is not good for music or movie scores/soundtracks. Very muddy. I will try the app to see if that helps.-Have to download an app to change the sound mode. A built-in sound mode switch would've been better-You can only use with one device at a time.-There is a high pitch ringing sound when there is no sound being played. For example, during podcasts, when there is silence between the guest and host because of internet lag, that high pitch ring occurs. It's not loud or doesn't get in the way, just something I notice. It's almost like the high pitch sound you hear when taking a hearing test.-The owner's manual says there are UV lights or Mood Lights in the charging case. They are supposed to illuminate when you open the lid, but I don't see them nor can I feel any area where they are supposed to be. Correction: the fine print in the manual says the UV lights and Mood Lights are not available for the LG HBS-FN4.Update: Feb 22, 2021Pros-The stock sound for music and movie scores/soundtracks has improved. I believed the speakers needed a break-in period.Cons-Ambient Mode turns on automatically after being in the charging case. I'll leave it alone for a few hours to charge and when I put them back on my ear, the Ambient Mode has automatically turned on-Sometimes the earbuds are very warm after charging, even after just a few minutes.-The devices bluetooth settings recognizes these earbuds as LG HBS-FN4, not LG Tone Free Earbuds, which might be confusing for some people.-The Left and Right indicator markings on the earbuds are printed using a really dark grey color making it difficult to see in low-light conditions.-Minor Con: Because the charging case is a circular shape, the opening is somewhat difficult to find. I often find myself feeling around for the "lip" of the lid to open it.

My favorite headphones
I first bought these headphones at the Nex in Guam. When it came time for new ones, I headed on over to Amazon. This is my 3rd time repurchasing them and they have lasted about 2 years the other 2 times. They are my favorite headphones I have ever owned. Comfortable to wear and the cutest little round case that looks like a macaroon. Would love to see more colors, these headphones are underrated.

Good product with drawbacks
This review is based on the past experience from an average person who have used several bluetooth earbuds. Those bluetooth earbuds include Lypertek Tevi, Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2, Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus, Plantronics BackBeat Pro 5100, and Jabra Elite Active 75t. I will compare to Galaxy Buds Plus and Jabra Elite Active 75t as these are more recently used products.Review is based on 19 days usage with the model without the uv-nano cleaning feature and was used with an iPhone 11 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy Tab S6, Dell work laptop, and a Windows 10 pc using a bluetooth dongle.Pros:- Lightweight, comfortable, and stays in my ears during my daily activities. Other bluetooth earbuds I have used stayed in my ears well, but would slowly fall out (more often on my left ear) when I am eating or talking to someone extensively.- Case is small and round which feels good in my hands and in my pocket.- Magnets holding the earbuds are excellent unlike the Galaxy Buds plus' magnets.- Call quality is great and blocks good amount of ambient noise around you.- There is an app for both Android and iOS with several features which includes EQ, ambient mode level, touch control options, and etc. The options' sequence changes automatically based on the option you use frequently.Cons:- Feels cheap- Flat sound and lacks the thumping bass like the Jabra Elite Active 75t's or Anker Soundcore Liberty Air 2's. You can choose bass boost in the EQ settings but is not comparable to the models I listed above. *Please note that this may not be a CON for you*- Ambient mode is not great and sounds robotic.- When listening to music with ambient mode on, ambient mode cuts out and turns back on whenever you skip to the next music. This was a not an issue with other bluetooth earbuds I tried.- No sidetone or ambient mode during calls to hear your own voice.- In my initial setup using the App, it took three tries for the software update to install successfully.- You hear static sound when listening to music on a Windows PC or a Windows Laptop even using the STEREO mode. I tested this by listening to the same section from a song with the devices listed in the beginning of this review. No static issues with my iPhone nor Galaxy Tab S6.- Battery life is okay but less than Jabra's or Galaxy Buds Plus.Edit:Additional Pros:- Left or Right earbuds can be used independently unlike the Jabra's where you can only use the Right earbud independently.Additional Cons:- No multipoint connection where you can connect to two devices simultaneously like the Jabra's- Not hot-swappable like Galaxy Buds Plus where you can connect to another device and it will automatically disconnect from the previous device.

No Solid Bluetooth Connection
I don't know if I just got a defective set or they are just junk. I got a new Samsung phone because I thought they would not Bluetooth to my older Moto G6. Nope. It would connect until I took the buds out of the charger case. Then, they would drop the connection, so I never heard what they sound like. Just to be safe, my Wife tried with her phone and it would not stay connected to her phone either. Same scenario using her phone. LG used to be such a good brand. The last couple of things I bought from them have been below satisfactory. Returning.
