I have purchased 3 pools for Christmas gifts all three came with the box opened and taped. It looks like a used or a return product. I sure not! Disappointed!

Love this pool! I was surprised at the quality for the price. I was not disappointed. This pool could fit 4 or maybe more adults. Its big and roomy. My 9 year old loves it! Can't wait for next summer to fill it back up. Great for dogs as well. My dog had a blast in this pool too.

Our last pool was the well known brand that most people get. It was horrible! It leaked air like crazy. The material was so thin we were patching it all over. We had it on a nice grass area so it was nothin we had done.THIS pool was amazing! I made a point to wait a long time to review this though, afraid it was going to let me down once I did.This pool was thick. Held air well.The only problem with this pool was the price. I paid WAAAAY too much for it and then less than a week after it went on sale by $50 on here and I can't get credit for the difference.We only had to air this pool up once the time we had it inflated and it really wasn't that bad. It had gotten a little too much water in it from a rain that had occurred.The plug at the bottom is super hard to remove. It seals up really well, but it worried me removing the drain plug as I was having to give it a lot of force. Made me nervous I would damage it.This is a great pool!!! Just wish I hadn't of spent more on it than most people and that Amazon would credit you when you just bought it less than a week before... but oh well.

I had always wanted to buy an inflatable swimming pool, especially since the pandemic, as my nephew loves the water. I finally got it about a week ago. It looks nice and sturdy. There is no leak. Also, it's easy to inflate and clean up or refill. We put it in our enclosed patio since the weather is getting cold. Kiddo will not leave the pool after at least an hour. I have to admit that it's way more comfortable and convenient to have one at home, since you'll be worry-free about your kiddo's safety and hygiene. Absolutely recommended.

So far so good! This pool is made of a thicker material than most inflatable pools. I used to buy the Intex brand and it never lasted more than a few uses before developing a leak somewhere. This one also has a little pipe attached to the drain plug at the bottom so it empties much easier. Otherwise the hole would rest flat against the ground giving the water nowhere to go. My son and his friends have used this pool vigorously over the past week during this heat wave and it's still standing strong. Highly recommend over the other brand.

Despite my best efforts of care, pool developed 2 leaks within a month of use (one slow, couldn’t find, and one fast at a seam). BUT, customer service was excellent; responsive and accommodating. Register your pool for the warranty, very easy. Hint: if needed, communicate through Amazon messaging- their warranty website “contact us” functionality did not work.

The first use was great - easy to inflate, kids had a blast, held air. Second time around the middle ring has a leak and now the pool is unusable. Such a bummer just a few weeks into summer.EDITED: The company has GREAT customer service and reached out to me to get me a replacement, so I updated my rating. Really appreciate that the company cares about their customers' satisfaction!

I’m sure it will be fine once I can find a pump and obviously I had to order one and WAIT for it. I specifically looked for anything that might have clued me in and I paid more for this pool than most others because it didn’t say anywhere that a pump is extra. I spent hours looking for a pump at a variety of stores and they just do no exist except online.
