Awful customer service , will rip you off @ every turn , a plastic speaker cover $45 for a $5 item. Wires for the lights are too short and they know it , extended cable $90. This company is your worst nightmare . Do not buy . Just my opinion.

Solid bamboo and very versatile. Fits tub great with extender.

Very nice unit , plenty of power to steam a 5x7 shower room size. Love the LED lights and Bluetooth speakers !! Only dislike is the speaker grill mounting instructions and lack of mounting screws.

Update : Warranty / customer service is NON existent . It’s a great unit until it breaks and then you will get nothing but the run around from their “customer care “; I had to buy a new unit after months of trying to get an answer + pay for new install too . Unit is wonderful when it works but there is 0 warranty .This unit is supposed to have a warranty that I signed up for but I’ve been trying to get answers from support for over 2 months . I finally just bought a new unit and now have to have to have it installed . The unit was wonderful when it worked . But it broke in 2 years . Let’s see how long my new unit works . Will update if I ever hear back from customer support . They take weeks to answer emails and every time they just ask me to send purchase receipt again and video of the issue . It’s been 2 + weeks since last response .

Love the steam shower, but it is loud and the drain pan (same brand) leaks.
