Have been using it for pizza. It makes excellent pizza crust. I haven't used it for anything else but it's great for pizza.

THE BEST flour for PIZZA!!! Among other things!
I make A LOT of Pizza at home. From Scratch. I use only the best ingredients and that includes Caputo flour. If you are serious about your pizza dough this is a MUST BUY. I use olive oil shipped in from a vineyard in Italy. San Marzano tomatoes for my sauce, garden grown basil and LOTS and lots of Garlic. I've been working on my dough recipe for years and years looking for that perfect crust...it has arrived!

Best flour for high temperature pizza ovens
I have been using Caputo Chef's flour for the almost 2 years. Switched to a gas pizza oven that cooks over 700 degrees F. Caputo Chef is not designed for that temperature. Caputo Pizzeria flour is designed for that high them cooking. This is great! 2 minutes for a pizza is fast and this makes it possible.

Non GMO flour imported from Italy
This has to be the best flour ive used! I have an Ooni pizza oven that reaches temperatures up to 1000 degrees F. It doesnt burn as easy as other flours and has an amazing flavor and nice chew to the crust. Im sticking with Caputo Blue!

Insects!
Tipo 00 is the only flour to use for high temperature pizzas in my Ooni (like 900F). I had purchased this a few times from Amazon, and I've been happy with the product. I usually stock up as the previous batch finishes off, and this time was no different: bought in November, stored in several cambros, and the first just rotated to the front.I noticed insects in the flour :(. Then I checked the other containers from the same batch -- all had insects. Luckily, they didn't spread elsewhere because of the cambro. I'm way outside the return window, and Amazon declined to help. I'm going to have to find a new source for the flour, probably from someone just stocking food. Beware!

Best pizza flour!!!
I tried many different flour for pizza, but this one is just the best!!! Also the Caputo Chef is great if you do a 65% hydration. Whit this one I can reach up to a 70/75%
