Worked as described.

My Lenovo crashed due to battery failure. This corrupted the OS. I had Win10 and MS Office Pro running when this happened. I had upgraded to Win 11. So, I tried to restore the Win 11. WHAT A DISASTER!!!When I reinstalled WIN 11, Office 365 is integrated into WIN 11. When I loaded Office PRO, Win 11 would not allow me to access Office Pro. I deleted Office 365, but it was so embedded, every time I tried to open and use Office Pro, it ONLY opened a screen to sign up and pay for Office 365! This is a devious ploy to force me to buy a subscription to Office 365. I refuse to be manipulated and then installed Windows 10 which works Perfectly. If you do not want to be forced to buy Office 365, install WIN10.Great Amazon seller, great support and easy to use product. Highly recommend.

After reading the reviews I thought it would be an easy fix. However, it didn't work for me. Some of the instructions were very light and not clearly seen which made the readability impossible in some areas.

I don't know if it ever really works cause it never worked for me. My computer recognized it there but didn't do anything like there was nothing on it. Sadly i had to return this. Went by instructions but like I said it never did anything. The reviews give mixed posts so I was confused already on getting it or not sat in my later folder for a bit and I finally jumped back to it. Wish I hadn't wasted my time so I'm still looking

Unfortunately my lap top had a corrupt file so I had to do a factory reset. First I went to the BIOS and changed the boot method then the disk began downloading and within minutes Windows 10 was restored. This was a lesson to always back up the computer once a week with a disk. I lost documents and photos. Thankfully I didn’t have to purchase a new lap top. I am a 69 year old lady whose first computer was a MacIntosh. So don’t be intimidated by technology. Read and follow through until something works.I highly recommend this disk for installation. It does not have drivers on it for recovery. The computer must still have drivers present.

After searching the internet on my iPhone on how to install it on a clean HD, I stumbled through it and it’s now loading.. thank God..my laptop had been completely hacked so my only option was to format the drive from the command prompt, and order this disc… I had earlier gave my c drive the wrong security settings which allowed the hack.. learning new lessons on every new installation. I was having problems connecting to my printer only to find out that there is a major flaw in the spoiler app in windows, a hacker can gain complete access to your system through it.. what happened to me, through device manager ‘services’ stop the spooler process while online.
