I got this product for its versatility. It supports the neck, but can be bent around to support the head if you are a side sleeper. I have sculptured pillows, but their drawback is that, while they give you lots of support, they are too high for me to lay on my back comfortably. And, they are big, which can be a drawback. The roll pillow can be used with another pillow if you desire. I used to roll up towels when I was a kid to support my neck (heard about that on some TV show) and liked that. This isn't as hard as a rolled towel, but works just the same.

A good value. Holds up well with use. The foam used is fairly stable and does not lose much of its structure with use. It does become more supple from its "out of the box" state.

This is exactly the support I needed after a car accident. Those expensive pillows with the neck dips didn’t help at all but this bad boy works wonders for the tension in my C1

This pillow was too firm for my neck, it might soften over time but for now it feels good when first laying down and falling asleep but it quickly got too firm and caused pain. I now use it for my legs which has helped a great deal.

This pillow has a nice soft removable cover. The foam is very firm. I wish it was a little softer.

It’s a bit more firm than I wanted so it’s hard to get comfortable. Live the purple color and length.

This pillow solved all my neck pains. Works perfect in the car, on a plane as well as in the recliner.

I LOVE this neck pillow, I've had pain in my neck for 4 months now and could not get a good nights sleep. I have had this for a week now and I just love it, I'm not tossing and turing trying to get comfortable, withoutmy neck hurting, if you are having any pain in your neck i would suggest you get this one it really doeshelp and the cost is great for the relief i have gotten. So THANKFUL i bought it.

The pillow is surprisingly and positively firm, "hard". It provides a comfortable at the same time stable hold. This is not a soft pillow which in the end does not provide any support to your neck. This is hard just as needed, not more, not less, simply perfect.

NOT memory foam - its off cuts of normal foam and random crap in a cylindrical mesh thing. The cover is not soft and plush as in the photo - it is scratchy coarse cheap fabric, poorly sewn together.I tried it out anyway - the pillow is too big for your neck, and I started feeling itchy and ill, so god knows what toxic chemicals are in the filling and cover.Absolute RIP OFF.

I have a lot of neck pain and was desperate for something to help. I went for this pillow thinking you get what you pay for, but if it is not right at least I can return it.It gives no support so I decided it needed to be returned, that is when I got a massive shock, to do so I have to send it to Texas at my own expense which if I use the recommended route will cost over £100. The cheapest route is £9 but takes up to 80 days to get there. How do I know they will honour the refund? I will never be able to sell this as it is of no use! If you are ok with a neck pillow of the same standard there are much cheaper ones at around £15 with free return.

Well made and certainly serves the purpose as a neck roll and other uses , so far has held it’s shape well.
