Way underweight
I’ve had real product of Japan A5 wagyu before but this is more than a half pound underweight; like 8.5 oz short. It’s not a bad price for the weight so I’m only going to down rate it one star. I’m going to enjoy this a lot but I don’t think it competitive enough to repeat. It’s also very thin. Says about 24 oz and it weighs 15.4; that’s a big difference.
