Perfect fit. Only thing: have to drill out old rivets but nearly any bolt replaces fine.
NO complaints. Devices is simple enough and mine works/looks great as a replacement to the 20yo thing that was built-in and no longer worked right. Be sure to connect all the wires.

Reed circuit did not work.
I had to bypass the reed circuit to make the cart work. I should not have had to do that on a new item.
