Great little coffee maker
Love this little coffee maker. Takes up a very small area on my counter. Simple to use and the coffee is delicious if you like it strong, I do! Coffee is in what looks like an oversized tea bag.

Works every time... no mess, no fuss
First used the coffee maker in Hilton Hotels. We liked it. Bought a coffee maker with 84 coffee packs about four months ago and it has been great.Can splatter a bit but solved that with a little bigger cup. This cup is great... Elixir Glassware (16 oz). It is light weight, designed with insulated walls and fit just right in the coffee maker.

Thought it was great BUT!!!!
After a week it turns on itself !! I have to unplug after use as I’m afraid it’s going to start a fire. VERY DISAPPOINTED
