I was indecisive if I wanted to purchase this it or not, reading some of the reviews give me some what of idea of what to expect. First thing first, package came weirdly damaged. Looks like it’s had a rough time. Nothing inside the box was damaged. Assembling the set was not a one person job,so would most definitely recommend building with a friend. Other then that i would give this a 3 outta 5 rating.

This is Sembo. I wish the seller was upfront about it. The bricks are average quality for other brands. Some bricks required so much force to push together, the tree trunk collapsed multiple times while building. On the other hand, the ball and pin joints making up the branches were too lose to support them so they sagged down to make a droopy, sad tree. The face of the kimono figure was rubbed off but the print on the clothing was clear. The light element was a nice touch.

There were a lot more pieces than I initially thought, and the end product was larger than I expected too. The color scheme is very pretty and the set also includes human figures (not sure if the description mentions this). A little difficult to build on your own, so I would recommend getting a friend or two to help. Overall I enjoyed making this and the end result is very scenic. Would definitely recommend if you like building and collecting models.

This is most definitely not as well made as Legos, the instructions are nearly impossible to follow. Engineering/design are poor; the pieces do not snap together or fit well and the construction is not sturdy. The larger pieces tend to have a slight warp and do not lie flat or stay connected. Count on having sore fingers when finished with this one. The fit and finish of this kit is nowhere as good as Legos. Don’t waste your time or money. Spend a little more and be happy with the results.

Very similar to other building blocks of this type and size. Easy to read instructions. Lots of extra pieces. Good quality and fit/feel. Would recommend to other building block enthusiasts.
