Product description Cosmopor E is a sterile dressing for post-operative wounds and/or minor injuries: Viscose Core provides high absorbency and cushioning Polyethylene net contact layer prevents adherence of the dressing to the wound Hypoallergenic fibers, permeable to air and water prevents irritation of surrounding skin enabling the natural functions of the skin to continue. Cosmopor's strong, fluid-repellent adhesive ensures that the dressing remains firmly in place. Its highly absorbent pad provides cushioning as well as retaining fluid from the wound. It is soft on the skin and its hypoallergenic fibers prevent irritation. Cosmorpor is easy to apply, conformable, comfortable and "performs brilliantly in the shower".
