Lovely cup and made my wife smile so thanks for that, unfortunately the cup handle was smashed to bits on the way which was a shame but the company refunded the amount paid so can't fault them, would of preferred a replacement but I'd imagine sending cups in the post must be very hit and miss as everything at royal mail gets thrown around to a certain extent while being processed and just a tiny layer of bubble wrap around the cup to protect it so I'd guess a lot get smashed in transit,Great idea though and really well made so would buy again if it was packaged better in future
