Living a Life of True Worship: A 6-Week, No-Homework Bible Study (40-Minute Bible Studies)

This study was profound for many in our bible study group. The Lord used this resource to open our heart and mind to a deeper, more meaningful type of worship. A worship that is truly in spirit and in truth. It is set up to be a 6 week course, we split each week into 2 weeks. It took us 12 weeks to complete and that gave us un-rushed time to worship and discuss what we learned that week or what the Lord was saying to us. I'll note that some did not follow the inductive part of the study and some did. Either way, everyone gleaned much from this study.

All of Kay Arthur's 40 minute Bible Study Books are awesome! It guides you to study the scripture for yourself. It is designed for you to read the scripture passages several times to mark key words. By doing this you see scripture in a much deeper way rather than missing key points by just reading a passage. The questions are designed so that you glean important information from the key words you have marked. I have bought and done several of these studies either individually or in a group.

The Kay Arthur, Bob & Diane Vereen bible studies are biblically accurate. They provide relevant illustrations that help to deepen the study and further understanding of the Word of God. Our Sunday School class has been tremendously blessed through each of these studies. We have learned so much about True Worship. If you are looking to deepen your study and commitment to worship, this bible study lesson is a tool that you will need.

What a great Bible study. I really love the way this Bible study flows the depth of interpreting the word of God with other scriptures. I am so glad that K Arthur decided to do these 40 minute Bible studies because they are not so heavy laden with homework and can get women to participate in it because they’re not overwhelmed by the homework. I would highly recommend this Bible study to everyone.

Doing this in a small group and learning a lot. Only half way through but highly recommend. Most valuable to me is the explanation of how the Tabernacle gives us the pattern for true worship. Even though this is a no homework study, Kay Arthur has provided a lot of substance in this 6 week study.

5 Stars, Excellent. Kay Arthur and her team takes you face to face with the Scriptures, she is not about getting her 'opinion' across she wanted you to see what God had to say about worship. Interaction with the Text on each page she asks questions that bring the subject to the forefront and there it is, you are face to face with the Scriptures now what are you going to do with this truth?
