All of our products are compliant with UKFR regulations and undergo ANSI/ASQ Z1.4 standard inspections to ensure the quality and finish of our products are to the highest level. All items unless highlighted otherwise, are dispatched using a 24 hour delivery service and are delivered next working day (if ordered before 1pm). There can however be exceptions where parcels are delayed due to using third party couriers, and deliveries to surcharge postcode areas may take longer. Please ensure somebody is in to sign for the delivery and if you are unsure of a delivery date or require a particular delivery date, then please message us and we will assist you. Unfortunately we are unable to give specific times for delivery and deliveries take place between 8am – 6pm. Please note that our free delivery is only to mainland England, Wales and parts of Scotland. For delivery to the Highlands and Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly, surcharges will be added for these delivery locations at the checkout. For deliveries to flats/apartments, please note our couriers are unable to take items up levels and can only deliver to the front of the property.
