Well, it is a La Face record, so of course it has the Babyface stamp all over it--especially on "Let It Flow," also featured on his Waiting to Exhale soundtrack, and "There's No Me Without You." 'Face does step aside, however, to give other producers, songwriters, and artists their time with Miss Braxton, most notably R. Kelly, Diane Warren, Tony Rich, and Kenny G. R&B songbirds in their own right, Shanice Wilson and Chante Moore even show up on backing vocals. The album doesn't quite live up to this overdose of talent; it's too crammed with boring ballads (even if Braxton's low, husky vocals are perfectly suited for them, especially the wrenching watermark of the album, "Un-Break My Heart"). Toni Braxton's Secrets CD album is a hit from the beginning to the end of the CD. All of the tracks showcases her immense vocal talent and none of the songs seemed boring. It is my favorite album and Toni does it again with hit songs after hit songs on this CD. Wow is all I can say!

No hay colección sin esta joya del R&B, llevaba años buscándolo y por fin encontré esta edición, además, a un precio que no hay que dejar pasar, en un estado Perfecto y en menor tiempo de lo que esperaba.

ご多分に漏れず、unbreak my heart目的で購入したのですが、全編をとおしてトニの凄みのあるボーカルにやられました。特に、youre making me highは、90年代R&Bの真骨頂かと。talk in his sleepの艶っぽさもたまりません。トニからは、メアリーJのソウルとは別種の情念とそれに基づく重厚感を感じます。聴く人によっては怖いくらいなのではないでしょうか。やはりアリスタとベビーフェースの才能を発掘する先見性にも恐れ入りました。おそらく最もアダルトでセクシーな雰囲気を演出できるシンガーですよね。本物!
