Eastman Low Watt Density Water Heater Element, 240V x 4500W Fold Back, 60065

I already had the tool to remove the broken water heater hose. Just unscrewed it and replaced it. Worked as it should. No problems, just remove the old and replace.

Works well, good price compared to other parts suppliers.

I installed one of these I still have the other but it has only been 2 months since I installed 1 of them that came yesterday with no hot water so I tested it it is not reading anything 0 resistance between it has failed, I took it out there is no visible evidence on the unit that shows any reason it should have failed and failed on the I with no visible issues, It doesn't even have the Chrome off of it yet you can tell it it's still practically new even though it's been installed for a couple of months but it has failed with no evidence of why it failed

Easy to put in hot water heater

Put two of these in our water heater a year ago, still working.

Bottom element failed after 15 months. Didn’t look bad, just failed.

Bought two and the lower element failed open after 6 months. Not much else to say.
