Renewed device NOT reset for use
Bought a "renewed" machine, it has an admin password that was NOT reset. Don't know what it was, had to pay $90 for a Xerox tech to come out and reset the password. So much for saving any money on a renewed device. If a device is sold, it needs to be reset first.
