This is a brilliant pan it has several uses and is really easy to clean, I know it is expensive but it is worth every penny. It’s so good I have two and couldn’t fault it at all, would definitely recommend.

I’m so glad I purchased this pan, my husband use to do all the cooking and had bought stainless steel pans in the past and quite honestly, I’m not a great fan. This pan is so easy to clean after use, no soaking or scrubbing, it just comes clean straight away with a quick run under the tap. It’s a good size and cooks really well at high temperatures, I haven’t used the other accessories yet but they all look very high quality too.

I was dubious when I bought this, but it has become my favourite cooking pan. The detachable handle is great and very simple to click on and off. I use it to fry, boil and bake. It is in use every single day and nothing ever sticks to it. So easy to clean too. I recommend this to everyone.

I like the shape of the pan, but... It is too shallow to have a frying basket which I think is a safety issue if using it for that. So, given that I wouldn't use the basket (very small) for frying, the other observations are that the glass lid has a metal handle which gets very hot (can cope with that as long as it is remembered), but as noted elsewhere, the pan handle cannot be used when the lid is on the pan. Yes, it isn't difficult to remove the lid and attach the handle, but, I definitely do find it a nuisance; the other issue with that it might be necessary to move a pan quickly and having to attach the handle first would be a problem.I also find I am not a fan of the type of surface on this pan, like the other small stone type, non stick pans, food tends to slide around as you try to turn/lift.I gave it a shot, but, really unfortunate that I cannot rate it highly. A couple of changes could make it more useful.

Sehr schön ist die Vielseitigkeit der Pfanne, braten, frittieren und dünsten. Auch die Beschichtung und Wärmeverteilung gehen ohne Beanstandung durch. Der Griff ist abnehmbar, da nicht Backofenfest. Aber mit Griff ist es nicht möglich den Deckel spaltlos aufzusetzen. Weiterhin ist er auch bereits beim ersten Einsatz mehrfach an der Pfanne geblieben, da die Arretierung sich nicht mehr lösen lies. Daher einen Stern Abzug.
