Mask is very light and easy to work with despite being of very minimal construction.

My husband has used this style C-PAP mask for over 2 years now. It is a great fit under his nose, and the loops keep it snugly around his ears, so he can move in the night without it slipping. The rubber material doesn't doesn't irritate or break his skin out.

The hose/venting on the Bella unit doesn't allow for comfortable head/pillow positioning if you like to sleep on your stomach. A lot more air seems to vent through the hose on this unit as well, blowing cold air on my hands and arms. And yes, I checked my machine--nothing changed on my air pressure or settings. If only I could use the hose and nasal pillows from my other unit with the ear loops....I may have to return to the nasal pillow with those awful head straps that give me squirrel hair every morning.

I really liked the actual mask. The loops? Not at all. I liked the idea of having my head free of straps. But in order to keep the mask tight enough, the loops pulled at my ears, making them quite sore overnight. I went back to the original straps and I was much happier.

Might be my imagination, but it seems better made than the original of the same item. Great price and the smaller over-the-ear piece is nice bonus, although I can't seem to get it adjusted well enough to stay on my face.

Finally a unit that doesn't leak when I move and doesn't leave me with marks all over my face!
