Fructo-oligosaccharides [FOS] 500g (Lamberts). Lamberts FOS (formely known as Eliminex Powder) is made from a form of soluble fibre called fructo-oligosaccharides or 'FOS', which help to carry moisture through the digestive system. This aids efficient digestion and is helpful in regulating bowel movements. The FOS encourage the growth of 'friendly bacteria' and therefore Eliminex can also be used as a daily prebiotic.
