Thickness in medium. Price is a bit high, although looks like original copper. Initially came pretty shiny out of package. After wearing two days and coming in contact with water made it appear a bit darker. But doesn’t look bad, looks vintage or somewhat aged. Regarding benefits mentioned about Joint pains not sure of that, only time will tell.
