For 2015, this is one of the best books published. What marvels the book collector is the international nature of the object itself. An American university press, printed and bound in China, designed by a design company. While normally such animals turn out like camels or platypus, one designed by committee, the result reflects not only the subject of the book but also the attention to both detail and form of the book as an object of art. Of course its already been reviewed by academic professionals who praises this publication from a scholarly perspective but for Amazon, as a commercial object---one would be foolish not to add it to your shelves. Its books such as this that shows both the advantages and limits of Digitization.
